• 57 homes sold during June 2026, down from 68 sales in May.
• Homes averaged 33 days on the market, improving from 41 days in May.
• There are currently 137 active listings available throughout Carbon County.
• 97 homes are under contract, demonstrating continued buyer demand.
• The average sale price year-to-date is $290,913.
