2) SCHEDULE A STRATEGY SESSION - figure out "YOUR NUMBERS" - what price range you are in depending on the current interest rate, determine how much money you need saved, get a clear understanding of the current real estate market and where it's heading
2) GET PRE-QUALIFIED - 1 in 4 people have a mistake on their credit report - get things in order right from the start
3) DETERMINE YOUR NEEDS vs. WANTS by completing our Buyer Questionnaire
4) HAVE AGENT SEND YOU HOUSES THAT MATCH YOUR CRITERIA
5) LOOK AT HOUSES UNTIL YOU FIND ONE YOU WANT TO PUT AN OFFER IN ON
6) PUT OFFER IN (see "info needed to put offer in" tab)
7) APPLY FOR MORTGAGE; GET ALL NECESSARY DOCS TO LENDER
8) GET INSPECTIONS; ASK FOR REPAIRS
9) PACK AND PREPARE FOR SETTLEMENT
10) GO TO CLOSING
