BUYERS - What to bring to closing

1)     CASHIER'S/CERTIFIED CHECK  (Usually the title company gives you the amount  the day before closing) Check should be made out to the name of  the title company.

2)     PROOF OF HOMEOWNER'S INSURANCE (if requested by lender or title company)

 

3)    PHOTO ID

 

4)    PERSONAL CHECKBOOK JUST IN CASE (sometimes a small adjustment gets made to the settlement sheet that requires a personal check to be written - this is not very common but it does happen occasionally)
